The advertising campaign for the hotel has been slightly misleading, however and when they arrive they are greeted with rather less than they bargained for...

The ministrations of enthusiastic young manager Sonny (Patel) go some way towards setting the group at ease and together they start to learn that new life can begin, but only when you begin to let go of the past.
